You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided all items are in pristine condition and in their original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and labels. Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If you experience any difficulty, you may also contact our customer service at contact@kassandreparis.com, including your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Kassandre does not offer complimentary returns. A prepaid return label will be provided once you have registered your return, and the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return fees vary by country as follows:

• France & Belgium: €10
• Rest of Europe: €15
• UK & Switzerland: €25
• United States: $30

Refunds are processed within 15 business days once the return is received at our warehouse and will be issued using the original payment method. Kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund if an item is not returned in its original condition.
