CARING FOR YOUR KASSANDRE BAG
Protect it from water, grease, perfumes, and cosmetics. In case of a stain, gently dab the leather with a soft cloth; for suede, use a brush specifically designed for it. We recommend applying a suitable suede protector spray to preserve its delicate texture.
Avoid prolonged exposure to intense light and abrasive surfaces that may mark the leather or its metal hardware. Protect the bag from humidity and limit contact with light-colored fabrics to prevent any color transfer, particularly for suede.
Always store your bag stuffed, upright, in its dust bag, away from light and dust. For major stains, consult a leather care specialist.
Natural variations and irregularities in the leather are inherent and reflect its authenticity.
Bags crafted from suede are made from a natural material that may present subtle variations, which are part of its unique character. Suede may also be prone to color transfer. We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with light-colored garments and exposure to humidity, and applying an appropriate suede protector spray to help preserve its finish. In the event of a stain, gently use a soft brush specifically designed for suede.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided all items are in pristine condition and in their original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and labels. Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
